Fantastic Hotel with Great Amenities!
convenient access friendly staff great view
I really liked the poolside area! Access to swim in the sea was super convenient. Every staff member was friendly. They were helpful. The room had a great view!
The air conditioning had limited functionality so adjusting the room temperature was difficult!

The breakfast had many choices, I appreciated that! A wide selection of pastries and fresh fruit was available. there were omelet and pancake stations, very useful for making choices.

The room had a private balcony overlooking the sea, I loved that! The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, very useful for a couple. A mini-fridge was also there.

Staff members assisted with directions to nearby attractions. They arranged taxi services promptly, and the concierge provided maps. All of this contributed to a great experience. The reception desk was staffed 24/7.

The hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools, I appreciated that. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, great for keeping in shape. A spa offers massage services.

The bus stop to the old town is directly outside, I found it practical! This made access to historical sites and local attractions very easy. The hotel is near a walking path, that was awesome.

I loved the views from the room. The balcony provided a private space to watch the sunset. the staff were very helpful and always available. i especially liked the gym overlooking the sea!

super clean premises complimentary tea locally sourced amenities beautiful sunset view
the premises are super clean. i enjoyed the complimentary fruit tea by the jacuzzi. the provided bathroom amenities smelled nice and were locally sourced. i found the sunset view from my balcony especially beautiful!
the airport shuttle bus experienced delays.

the bus stop is conveniently located right outside. buses go to the city center every fifteen minutes. the ride to the old town takes only ten minutes, it is a very short time.

the room was spacious and clean it was a beautiful double room sea view balcony. the balcony provided excellent views. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. staff offered quick assistance with luggage.
the minibar prices were slightly high.

breakfast started at 6:00 am daily it included various options. i found the decaffeinated coffee to be of good quality. the pasta prepared by chef jure on the final evening was delicious.

the staff were attentive and helpful throughout the stay. english fluency among staff made communication simple. the bus stop located outside the hotel offered easy access to the town. i found the staff were kind.

average food quality unauthorized charge
the poolside area offers access to swimming in the sea.
The food quality for breakfast seemed average. finding a seat was difficult due to many people. the hotel took additional money from my credit card without a clear reason after i checked out. This seemed unprofessional to me.
